  Ron Zielin

  President

  Ron is the President of Offsite Technology Solutions. He has extensive experience in operations improvement, team building, business restructuring, key performance indicator assessments and cash flow management. With wide-ranging knowledge in all aspects of turn around management, he has a proven track record in leading teams through complex projects that have involved start up entities, capital formation, debt restructuring, acquisitions, divestitures and IT network implementations.

  Ron has particular expertise in implementing operational and financial improvements for businesses. He previously served as the CFO of a $60 million truck dealership, the COO of an 80 shopping center real estate group and a Director of a regional investment banking firm. His previous experience has included responsibility for all accounting, finance, human resources, IT and administration functions of the businesses.

  Ron has an MBA in Professional Accounting and a BS in Finance from Canisius College. He is also a Certified Public Account in the state of Colorado and a member of the Vistage Florida, the Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Tampa Bay Technology Forum, South Tampa Chamber of Commerce and the Turnaround Management Association.

  Aaron Gustum

  Technology

  Aaron has over 30 years in the IT industry and has worked on systems from punch cards through the innovations of today. His experience includes work in the private sector, the post-secondary education sector and as a member of the United States Army. Prior to working with Offsite Technology Solutions, Aaron served in a number of positions including IBM mainframe programmer/analyst, network/system engineer, college-level Information Technology course instructor, Manager of Communications Centers, and CEO of a technology VAR.

  Aaron graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business (Cum Laude) from Brenau University in 1992. He also holds a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma. As the current VP of Technology, he is continually striving to provide excellent services to our customers with proven and upcoming technologies. Aaron's certifications include Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Novell Certified Engineer (CNE - 4.x, 5.x, 6.x), Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA), Watch Guard Certified System Engineer (WCSE), and several Quest product certifications.
